It is used in tihar Festival. It can be used for the laxmi puja as a prasad. There is a tradition on tihar in which this masala is given to the brothers by their sister as a gift in Bhai tika. It consist of all the nutrititious nuts and chocolates, appetizer and also the garam masala .
