This is a 900gm of frozen buffalo meat. Buffalo which tastes similar to beef is the preferred meat for sukuti, as many Nepalese won't eat beef for religious reasons. Sukuti is a popular snack throughout Nepal, and can be found everywhere from hole-in-the-wall street-side stalls to sit-down restaurants.
