This is a batter for the jalebi one of the popular Nepali and Indian sweet. It doesnt have artificial colour added to it and the batter can be used to make 25 jalebi. It is easy to use. The powder in this packet should be mixed with water then fried in oil then should be dipped in sugar syrup.
